Ella Kazoo refuses to brush her hair or let anyone else try to tame her tangled curls. Eventually, her hair takes over! This requires an emergency haircut that makes everyone happy. Appropriate behavior and personal grooming can be tedious subjects, but this book handles them with good humor. Simple rhymes and brightly colored pictures make this a delightful read.
